GRIMREAPERS MC BYLAWS

Section 1.1 Bikes Allowed
In order for anyone to be considered for a Prospect patch you must be able to ride and maintain total control of at least one of the following
Western Bagger
Western Daemon
Western Sovereign
LCC Hexer
LCC Innovation
Western bobber
Western chopper
Western night blade
lcc sanctus
naggasaki chimmera
lcc avarus
Western wolfsbane
Western rat bike
Western cliffhanger
Western gargoyle

Section II: Prospecting

Section 2.1: Criteria for Being a Prospect

You must meet all of the following to become a Prospect

Own and Ride any of the Motorcycles mentioned in Section 1.1
Be able to accurately shoot a gun
Mix well with the Patched Members of the MC
Take direction and orders without question while Prospecting
Be ready to Learn and Honor the values of the Grim Reapers.

Section 2.2 Regulations of being a Prospect

Once Accepted as a Prospect of Grim Reapers MC you must be ready to go whenever you are online. If you are not it lessens the likely hood of you being patched in.

Prospects cannot get tattoos of the Grim Reaper or of Grim Reapers Motorcycle Club Logo. Breaking this rule results in loss of Prospect Patch and whatever else the members want to throw in.

Prospects cannot put the Grim Reapers Logo on any cars they own or their Motorcycle. Failure to obey this rule WILL result in destruction of the vehicle and Loss of Prospect Patch

Prospects cannot wear the Clubs sacred emblem on their back. They can wear it on the front of a shirt but anyone seen wearing the GRMC Logo that is not a patched member of GRMC will be beaten

Prospects Cannot Attack other members unless it is self-defense (Ex. Member is repeatedly killing the Prospect) Or the member and the prospect are having a friendly fist fight.

Section 2.3 Minimum Age Requirement

Affective March 23, 2021 All future prospects must be at least 18 years of age.

Section 2.4 Microphone

Affective March 23, 2021 All future members must have a working microphone. Any and all prospects and patched members without microphones that joined prior to this date are exempt.
Section 2.5 Sponsorship
Before becoming an official Grim Reapers MC Prospect there must be a Patch Holding member willing to step up and teach the rules of the Club, About who we are and What is means to be a Grim Reaper. This member will report to the Chapter in Chapel about the Prospects Progress and to the President and Vice President of his chapter at various times.

Section III Voting
Section 3.1 Options in a Vote

In a Club vote you have two (2) Options
Yay = Yes to the vote on the table
Nay = No to the vote on the table

Section 3.2 Times a Vote can be held

Votes can be held in Church which is on pres discretion at 7:00 PM EST (Eastern United States Time)
Pulling Patches- This type of vote can only be called by the President or Vice President whom bring charges against another Patch Holding Member of the Club to call this vote the President or V. President must be able to show that the accused have broken the Clubs rules. After the President or V.P. finish the accused must leave the meeting (Chat Room) While the other members vote. Requires a majority vote all members must vote This Vote can be called in Church or in an Emergency Meeting
Section 3.3 Types of Voting:
Patching Someone In- This is How Prospects become Patch Holders in this Club. Any patch holder can nominate someone to be patched after they complete the minimum 1 week prospecting period. Is voted in Church. All Members must vote "Yay" for the Prospect to be patched

Section IV Member Killing Another Member

Initial Charges- If a member kills another member he will be brought to the club to have a vote taken on whether he will be thrown out of the Club or not. Both parties will have a chance to speak with the Sgt at Arms keeping everyone in check.

Pulling Patches- The member will be asked to leave to session or chat room so a vote can take place. All members attending the meeting must vote "Yay" (See Section III) In order for the member to lose his membership regardless of rank. If it is the President of the chapter that is being accused the Vice President will run the meeting and then the Club in the event the President is thrown out.

Meeting the Reaper- Commonly referred to as a Mayhem Vote. In the event the member loses his patch another vote will be taken to "Kill" the member In the event this happens we will shoot the member in the server and have him leave. The now "Dead" member will no longer be allowed to associate with Grim Reapers MC or their Allies and cannot have contact with the members of GRMC, "Killing" The said Member can only be done by the President of the Chapter. If it is the President being "Killed" then the Vice President will shoot.

Emblem on Vehicle's- Members are not required to get the emblem on their Bike or on their Car's but it is optional. Prospects cannot display the emblem anywhere.

Section VI Modding and Hacking

Modder's and Hacker's- Members of Grim Reapers Motorcycle Club are not allowed to Mod or Hack Grand Theft Auto Online, Grand Theft Auto V (Commonly referred to as GTAV or GTA5) or any Video Game or Gaming Console. In the event a member is caught in the act by another member they will be brought to the table and their patch will be pulled and a Reaper vote will be taken.
Section VII Ranking
7.1- Rankings and Power- Although Officers do technically outrank regular members all Grim Reapers are equal. The newest patch holder has the same power as the Chapter President.
